Инновационная формула лосьона эффективно борется с биопленкой и помогает в лечении микробных отитов. Трис-ЭДТА обладает антибактериальным действием и помогает предотвратить образование новой биопленки, в то время как N-ацетилцистеин разрушает существующую биопленку. Оба компонента показали безопасность при введении в среднее ухо у собак.
ЭДТА провоцирует высвобождение липополисахаридов из структуры клеточной стенки бактерий, делая ее более проницаемой и, как следствие, повышает чувствительность этих бактерий к антибиотикам.
Трометамин противодействует кислотности экссудата, образующегося при наружном отите, что способствует усилению эффективности антибиотиков.
N-ацетилцистеин при местном комбинированном применении, разрушает биопленку, помогая антибиотикам проникать глубже в биопленку, не теряя концентрации и снижая риск развития резистентности. Также отмечено, что и сам N-ацетилцистеин обладает антибактериальной активностью.
Состав: «Лосьон ПреОтик Tris-NAC» содержит в своем составе: воду очищенную, ТРИС основание, ТРИС гидрохлорид, бензиловый спирт, ЭДТА, ацетилцистеин.
Назначение: Поражения кожи, воспаление складок кожи, связанное с поверхностными бактериальными или дрожжевыми инфекциями с образованием биопленок. Использование в комплексном лечении гнойного бактериального, грибкового или смешанного отита
Примечание: Только для наружного применения. Избегать попадания в глаза. Если наблюдается раздражение кожи, прекратить использование и обратиться к ветеринарному врачу. Не использовать при индивидуальной непереносимости и при открытых поражениях кожи. После использования необходимо вымыть руки.
Порядок применения и дозировка: вскройте пакетик, идущий в комплекте с лосьоном, высыпьте содержимое пакетика во флакон и тщательно взболтайте. Заполните ушной канал: нанесите 1-5 мл в зависимости от породы (для достижения среднего уха необходимо не менее 0,5-2 мл). Мягко массируйте основание уха в течение нескольких секунд. Избыток раствора или патологического отделяемого в наружном ухе можно удалить с помощью салфетки или ватного диска, не следует смывать раствор.
Наносите каждые 12-24 часа или по назначению врача, продолжительность обработок зависит от курса лечения. Сопутствующие лекарственные средства можно вводить через 10-20 минут после промывания лосьоном.
Срок годности: 2 года. После вскрытия хранить не более 6 месяцев. Срок годности лосьона ПреОтик Tris-NAC после смешения его компонентов составляет 50 дней.

Description: White or transparent solution.
Purpose: PreOtic AB Lotion is used for preventive treatment of the auricle and ear canal, as well as for pretreatment of the auricle before drug administration. It has antimicrobial and antifungal action, helps to reduce itching, reduces the sensitivity of inflamed tissues.
Lotions contribute to effective removal of serous contents and pathological secretions from the ear.
Note: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian. Do not use in case of individual intolerance or open skin lesions.
Dosage and how to use:
Drop enough lotion into the ear and then gently massage the base of the auricle for one minute. Remove excess product with a gauze napkin or cotton swab.
For prevention, the treatment should be repeated one to two times a week.
If used for health indications, the duration of treatment shall be determined by the veterinarian.

Purpose: Preotic TRIS Lotion is used for prophylactic treatment of the auricle and ear canal, as well as for the therapy of otitis media caused by gram-negative bacteria and for multidrug-resistant chronic bacterial otitis media. EDTA in the lotion increases the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics, which ensures the effectiveness of the product on combination with antibiotics. The TRIS component (tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane) helps maintain a pH of about 8.0 in the ear, which enhances the effect of antibiotics.
